Do you offer climate-controlled storage units?
We offer entirely indoor, climate-controlled units that are ideal if you plan to store weather-sensitive items such as electronics, artwork, clothing and furniture.

Am I required to store long-term?
No, we offer flexible month-to-month leases.

When can I access my unit?
Access hours are 7 days/week between 6am-10pm.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
All you need is a valid government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

Am I required to have insurance?
Yes, you must insure the items you are storing. We have insurance policies available for as low as $9 per month, or you may provide proof of your own policy at the time of rental.

How do I pay my storage bill?
We have 3 easy ways to pay:
- Pay online or set up autopay with a debit or credit card.
- Call us between 8am-8pm
- Mail check or money order to (do not send cash):

Do I need my own lock?
Yes, customers are required to provide their own lock. You will receive your passcode to enter the facility after your rental is complete.

What items am I not allowed to store?
Flammable or hazardous items, stolen or illegal goods, plants, animals, and perishables. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

What is the move-out procedure?
We require 10-day written or verbal notice of move out. Notify us by calling the facility or use our contact form. Your unit must be clean, swept and lock removed to finalize your move out. Rent is not prorated at move out.
